1. Nature of Service (Intermediary Only)

BaytPet is solely a technical intermediary platform connecting Pet Owners with Service Providers. We are not a party to any agreement and bear no liability for the quality of services or accuracy of listings.

2. Medical & Health Disclaimer

BaytPet expressly disclaims any liability for illness, injury, or death of pets during bookings. Owners must disclose all medical conditions, and Sitters must ensure a safe environment.

3. Pet Behavior & Damages

The Pet Owner assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their pet to the Sitter or their property (e.g., bites, aggression, destruction). BaytPet does not offer compensation.

4. Payments & Disputes

Platform fees are charged for the "technical connection" and are non-refundable once the service is rendered. Financial disputes regarding service quality must be resolved directly between users.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

Personal Info: Name, Phone Number (for verification), and Profile Picture.
Geolocation: We use your location strictly to show you the nearest service providers.
Pet Data: Medical status, vaccinations, and vet records (to ensure pet safety).

2. How We Use Your Data

Data is used solely to facilitate bookings, enable communication, and improve user experience. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

To protect your privacy, your phone number and exact location are shared with the other party only after a booking is officially confirmed.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your account and data at any time via the app settings.
